Associate Member

Associate membership is available for business employees of members.

membership cost is $150.00 per individual.

Membership is based upon an approval of the membership application.

A criminal investigation will be conducted. Qualifying members will be required to have a clean record in terms of their business dealings both past and present. In the event an applicant has had civil or criminal actions, the final disposition of the actions will be reviewed by special committee and voted upon for acceptance into the association.

By signing the application you will authorize any law enforcement agency to furnish The California Association of Immigration Consultants or its agent information related to my criminal history. I hereby release The California Association of Immigration Consultants and all its agents and employees, the law enforcement agency and all employees of law enforcement agencies furnishing information, from all liability resulting from the furnishing of this information to The California Association of Immigration Consultants . In the event that the application is denied a portion of the membership fee will be kept by The California Association of Immigration Consultants for processing cost of the background check ($60.00).
